+ How do I place an order?

Please visit our ORDER page to view our menu and complete our order request form. 48 Hour notice is required for all orders. We will contact you to confirm your order, collect payment, and review any potential changes or additional notes. CATERING & GRAZING ORDERS ONLY ALLOWED ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS, and have a $500 minimum. You may also CONTACT US for any questions regarding a current or future order.

+ How does pick-up work?

Pick-up is located in Chelsea, Michigan. Pick-Up instructions are provided with order/ catering confirmation. If you miss your pick-up time, we will not hold your order for more than 4 hours as it compromises the freshness and integrity of the ingredients.

+ Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer local delivery to Chelsea, as well as out of area delivery for a fee. The fee for out of area delivery is determined based on location, and will be included in your order confirmation.

+ How long is my order good for?

We make all of our orders fresh the day that you receive them unless otherwise noted. We also seperate crunch to avoid moisture contamination. We recommend that all of our items are refrigerated at 41 degrees and consumed within 24 hours. Remove your items from the refrigerator 1 hour before serving for best results.

+ Are you licensed?

Yes! You may view a copy of our current Food Establishment Inspection Report here. We are also ServSafe Certified, and our certificate is available for you to view here.

+ What about food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We try our best to accomodate any dietary restrictions that are noted on your order request. However food allergies are more problematic since we operate in shared kitchen spaces, and cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. If you have a life threatening food allergy, sadly we cannot serve you.

+ Where do you purchase your ingredients?

We get this question A LOT! And while we're flattered that you enjoyed something so much you're inclined to ask where it was purchased, we probably aren't going to tell you. We have spent years selecting our favorite and freshest ingredients from a wide variety of food suppliers, local retailers, farms, etc. and that research wasn't cheap or easy. Sorry!

+ How do grazing tables work?

Grazing tables do NOT include serve ware, utensils, plates, napkins or table attendants. Grazing tables require 2 hours of set-up, which is included in our pricing, but they CANNOT be set-up outside. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your grazing table date, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event, if booking within less than 14 days prior to your event, your full balance is due at the time of booking.

+ What is your event cancellation policy?

We require a minimum number of participants to complete our events. If we do not reach our minimum we will cancel the event and reach out to you to grant you a full refund OR credit towards a future order/ event. Otherwise our events are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, all sales are final. In the event that WE have to cancel the workshop, a 50% refund will be granted UNLESS within 48 hours, in which case THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
